There are a tonne of websites out there designed to help recruiters in every aspect of their jobs. Of course, it depends on what industry you’re recruiting into to find specific job boards but there are other websites around to lend you a helping hand.
Social Talent is the leading provider of online and social media training to the recruitment industry worldwide and the likes of Apple and L’Oreal have even completed their training programmes. Not only is their website a good place to go but their blog will provide you with the latest how to’s and their recently launched Social Talent Community is a great place to share opinions, views and stories.
It goes without saying that LinkedIn is an absolute essential for recruiters for both recruiting and networking and despite the new, not so popular design it will remain that way. XING is used in a similar way in the European markets.

Since it’s hard to give a definitive job board as there is such a vast number of industries people recruit into, instead I encourage you to check out job posting tools such as the above. These will help you to reach candidates quickly by distributing your job adverts to job boards and social media.
Even though there are multiple industry magazines, Recruiter is our favourite for finding out the latest recruitment news and with their brand-new website design, it’s easy to delve into their knowledge page which provides written articles, advice, webinars and whitepapers.
