The Client:

Venatu offers a range of recruitment industry services in headhunting, search & selection on a retained and exclusive recruitment basis. From high volume temporary, to executive level permanent placements, they cover a variety of sectors including Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Manufacturing, Medical and Automotive to name but a few.

Brief:

After using a number of recruitment CRM’s across the group, with many different sector specific requirements, Venatu was looking to align their business processes with an intuitive, easy to use recruitment solution. They wanted the best recruitment software supplier available, that not only had a market leading product, but one that matched their flexibility, progress and vision for innovation. After reviewing a number of leading staffing software suppliers, they found that most could not offer the flexibility, expertise or functionality they required, without the need for a number of third party products or companies.

After a thorough tender process, they partnered with itris to conduct a phased roll out of itris 9 recruitment software across their various divisions. With its simplistic and modern user interface coupled with their highly skilled and experienced in-house staff, they were confident that it could assist in improving their clarity across the business and future growth plans.

“itris 9 has been a great move for us as a business, the ease of use is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous recruitment CRM

The Project:

To reduce downtime and pressure on the various divisions within Venatu, it was agreed that a phased roll out of itris 9 would be more beneficial and have less impact on the business. Our in-house, Prince 2 qualified project delivery team, worked with each of Venatu’s divisions, to understand their business processes and needs. The divisions were then given access to their own data migration map and sandbox environment to test the system and data transferred from their previous recruitment CRM. With the support of our CIPD qualified training department and market leading, built in knowledgebase, the users were able to learn the new recruitment software at their own consultative yet flexible pace and each division was set live when they were ready and comfortable with the change.

The Result:

Within 12 weeks of project commencement, Venatu had completed multiple data migrations and successfully rolled out their new recruitment CRM, itris 9, to multiple divisions. They continue to work with itris 9 to enhance their growth and efficiencies across the group and have witnessed a return on both investment and employee engagement since its roll out. itris continues to produce regular updates and features to enhance their business and has enjoyed working with each of their divisions throughout the process.

The itris team have been fantastic every step of the way and are always prompt to help with any questions or concerns from our users. We are excited about the developments that are still to come and look forward to seeing the improvements.”
