Huntswood wanted to implement a highly configurable recruitment CRM and applicant tracking software which was tailored to suit the needs of two departments, each containing multiple teams with different workflow and processes. Their previous recruitment software lacked key functionality they required including comprehensive searching, referencing and compliance.

The Project:

Huntswood reviewed five systems and carried out thorough RFIs and several rounds of demonstrations. itris 8 provided a tailored experience for each user type and also access to test accounts for an extensive period. After testing, itris 8 proved to be the right option for their workflow and processes.

After conducting a thorough training needs analysis, we devised a unique training plan which consisted of both off the shelf and bespoke courses. The training was delivered on-site by our CIPD and LPI qualified Training Consultants. Staff were monitored throughout the process and potential knowledge gaps were filled.

A key part of the project was an initial round of ‘stakeholder training’ where a select group of users (department/project leaders) undertook an Essentials training course prior to any data being mapped. This was to give them an indication as to where various data could be held in itris 8.

During this initial process, we also conducted four consultative meetings, where our Project Manager and assigned Training Consultant met with the Huntswood project team. This was primarily to create detailed specifications on various bespoke tools and workflow.

The Result:
