What is Cloud?

The term ‘Cloud’ can be used for a number of different things when it comes to recruitment software:

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

Cloud can be used to refer to an off-premise infrastructure, delivered as a service (IaaS). Normally this is provided by a third party which essentially replaces all the hardware your business typically has to maintain with an external virtual network. This set-up alleviates you from having to employ an IT specialist to manage and upgrade your physical network infrastructure and can remove the need to make significant investments for replacements. – An ideal set up for start-ups and smaller companies with less demanding infrastructure.
 

Remotely Accessible System

Cloud or more usually ‘Cloud-ready’ is also used to refer to a system that can be accessed from anywhere through an RDP client. Windows now supply a free RD Client which you can use on Macs, Tablets and Mobile devices.
 

Software as a Service (SaaS)

This is when your recruitment software is delivered as a service from which you generally access it via a web browser and pay on a monthly basis per user.

This will give you access to everything you need including Itris, Microsoft Exchange, Mircosoft Office enabling you to access Itris while you are on the move and on any device.
 

How much does it cost?

Itris Cloud uses a SaaS pricing model where we charge on a monthly basis per user. Price starts at £75 per month per user for 1-4 users. (Then it gets cheaper the more users you have.)

  • Ultra-fast Fibre Channel Upload
