The Client:

Charles Hunter Associates are a specialist recruitment agency, dedicated to placing qualified social work and social care staff in contract and permanent roles across the UK.

Since being established in 2009, the CHA team have provided a highly professional service to over 100 public, private and non-profit organisations. Based in their ultra-modern offices in Reading, CHA has gone from strength to strength and has witnessed incredible growth over recent years including winning the Most Effective Compliance Operation at the Recruiter Awards this year.

The Brief:

CHA wanted a highly configurable CRM which was more suited to their market than their previous one. They required key functionality including better searching capabilities, a more robust compliance module and market-leading customer support.

The Project:

Using Prince2 methodology, we devised a unique project plan based on the above requirements. This included a full data map of their current CRM and multiple test migrations.

After conducting a thorough training needs analysis, we devised a unique training plan based on their requirements. The training was delivered on-site by our CIPD and LPI qualified Training Consultants. Staff were monitored throughout the process and potential knowledge gaps were filled.

After completion and acceptance testing of the migration, both the Project Manager and designated Training Consultant were present on-site for go-live. This helped with both user buy-in and smooth running on the day.
