Our driving force is to be the best at what we do. In that respect, we believe that acting as a partner rather than a supplier is what gives our customers the greatest value from their recruitment software.
Many of our key team members are from the recruitment industry, and have extensive knowledge of the recruitment sector. We bring that experience to bear in developing the system further to help our customers stay at the forefront of their markets.
As part of this approach we are well used to dealing with third party software vendors to achieve integration between Itris and their systems to the benefit of our customers. Integrations include accounting and payroll packages, bespoke systems, web sites, multi-job board posting tools, CV parsing specialists, or indeed any other system which needs to work with Itris.
ITEC Systems has been developing and supporting Itris recruitment software since 1998. As a company, we continue to grow and now stand at 23 employees - over 75% of whom are involved in development, technical support or training roles within the company. We invest in our continually upskilling and developing our own staff, the most recent example of which is putting our training team through CIPD accreditation.
